Back-to-school season may mark the end of summer, but the need for water safety never takes a break. While the pools may be closing, the risk of drowning remains very real. Sadly, for many children in Colorado Springs, the chance to learn how to swim—a life-saving skill and a source of joy—is still out of reach.

That's where our incredible community steps in!

We are thrilled to announce “Hope on the Rocks,” a special benefit dinner and silent auction on September 20th. This event is dedicated to raising funds for swim lesson scholarships, ensuring that children from families in need can gain the skills, confidence, and safety every child deserves in the water.

Why It Matters

Learning to swim isn't just about fun; it's about survival. Drowning is a leading cause of accidental death in young children. Swim lessons can reduce that risk dramatically, while also building confidence, encouraging healthy activity, and opening the door to a lifetime of aquatic adventures.
