March - Ms. Kory
Congratulations to Ms. Kory.
Ms. Kory is so amazing both in and out of the pool. She hosted one of the most creative and insightful skills workshop, Jeop…I mean, Finn-pardy, for our staff last month. It was a hit! Ms. Kory cares deeply for her swimmers and All of the staff.

February - Mr. Ben
Congratulations to Mr. Ben. He is amazing at helping his swimmers accomplish their goals. Mr. Ben has subbed for other instructors on short notice and did an amazing job helping to orchestrate the Swim Meet.

January - Ms. Tierah
Congratulations to Ms. Tierah! She works so hard in her lessons, steps up to help her coworkers, and always has a great smile!

December - Ms. Kenadie
Congratulations to Ms. Kenadie! We love that you have such a big heart for your swimmers and are always smiling. Her co-workers call her “the Bomb.com!”
- She is dual enrollment H.S. and college.
- She loves being in the water and was previously a lifeguard.

November - Ms. Erika
Congratulations to Ms. Erika! She grew up in water with 8 years of sailing and swimming experience. She loves teaching and helping to save liveS

OCtober - Ms. Mackenzie
Congratulations to Ms. Mackenzie. She works hard to help her swimmers progress each and every lesson, and she's steps up to help the team behind the scenes.

sEPTEMBER - Ms. Rhianna
Ms. Rhianna is one of our amazing Training Instructors. She loves reading and eating Chipotle. Ms. Rhianna has worked for Little Fins since 2015...8 years! She loves working at Little Fins because of the bond and connection she makes with her swimmers and their parents.
aUGUST - Ms. Chloe
Congratulations to Ms. Chloe, the is a rockstar August instructor! She works hard with every swimmer, to meet them where they are at, and help them grow. Her swimmers love her and so do we. Chloe participates and attends Skills Workshops to further her teaching abilities and skills. She makes Little Fins a better place with her great attitude and positive outlook. We are grateful to have this awesome instructor on our team. Chloe is also a mean pitcher and 2nd basemen on our LF softball team! Please help us in congratulating Ms. Chloe this month.
JUly - Ms. Sophia
Congratulations to Ms. Sophia. She is a phenomenal Training Instructor at Little Fins. Ms. Sophia is a leader, team player, and incredible coach. She is kind, patient, and understanding with her swimmers and teammates. She loves so big! Ms. Sophia also just joined our Admin (behind the scenes, answering phones/texts/emails) side of Little Fins. We are excited for her future with us, and grateful to have her. Ms. Sophia's swimmers, swim families, and mentees love her, and so do we! Please help us in congratulating her when you see her around the pools, or chat with her on the phone.
June - Ms. Jaymie
Congratulations to Ms. Jaymie. She has been a swim instructor and lifeguard for many years. Jaymie joined our team January this year. In these last few months Jaymie has worked very hard to meet all of the requirements to become an Advanced Instructor at Little Fins. She fills in for her coworkers as a substitute as much as she can, she opened more hours to accommodate our swimmers, who love her dearly, she always has a positive attitude and our team absolutely adores her. We are so very grateful to have this kind, loving, motivated and driven instructor on our team. Thank you, Jaymie, for everything you do! Your work, time and energy does not go unnoticed. May - Mr. Patriec
This month goes to Mr. Patriec! While he is always been a great instructor to the kids, Patriec has stepped up immensely recently. He is always willing to help his fellow instructors, and he substitute teaches whenever we need him. He comes to every single skills workshop and uses his knowledge to help teach better skills during his lessons. Patriec is always willing to learn and try new things. He is a full time high school student and athlete and still manages his time here at Little Fins, taking great care of his swimmers. We are so grateful to have you a part of our team and our Little Fins family. Your swimmers love you and so do we Congratulations, Patriec!!
April - Ms. Kory
The instructor of the month is our amazing Ms. Kory. She started working for Little Fins in 2017 and has been a huge part of growing the Little Fins team. Her creativity, quick wit, care, enthusiasm, and genuine love for her swimmers and their families make her an incredible mentor, leader, and teacher. She makes every lesson fun and progressive. Kory strives to make her swimmers better, along with all of the instructors at Little Fins. Her swim families absolutely adore her and so do we. We are so lucky to have Kory in our Little Fins family. Please help us congratulate her this month!
March- Ms. Lillie
Ms. Lillie is the Instructor of the month for March. Ms. Lillie started swimming at Little Fins when she was just a 6 years old. She grew her passion for the water, and her love of swimming over the years, and just went to State with the Coronado High School Swim team. FOX21 came out to Little Fins last month to interview her about it! Check out the blog story too. She also made the varsity lacrosse team this year. We are so proud of her! Ms. Lillie has great work ethic and is an excellent student and instructor. She goes above and beyond with everything she does. We are grateful to have her as a part of our Little Fins family. Thank you Ms. Lillie for everything you do. We love you!
February - Ms. Kim
February's Instructor of the month is the amazing Ms. Kim. She is one of our fabulous Advanced Instructors. Kim is passionate about swim safety and creating a positive environment for everyone at Little Fins. She cares deeply for her swimmers, swim families and the staff. Her work ethic never goes unnoticed. She is willing to help anyone when she can, which is one of our favorite things about her. Kim, shares her love, compassion, kindness, and heart with everyone at Little Fins and beyond. We are extremely grateful to have this amazing instructor on our team. January - Ms. Yelena
Happy New Year! This month we recognize Ms. Yelena. She works hard every day to make sure Little Fins staff, our swimmers, and our facilities are taken care of. Ms. Yelena taught over 2,000 lessons in 2022! She attended most every Skills Workshop (professional development opportunities), as well as did tons of volunteer work.
