Meet the Lead/Lead Instructors

These amazing instructors have worked for Little Fins for over a year, but average 4-5 years on our team.

Our Lead instructors are the best in the business. They are leaders in the Aquatics industry and have an extensive background in teaching and training. They work side-by-side with all of our instructors to make every lesson exceptional and progressive. They participate as mentors in our Pod Program. They are required to maintain their certifications, as well as earn training hours. They host Skills Workshops and present at conferences across the nation.
