Our Incredible Experience at the 10x Business Summit

Last week, Haley, Jimmy, and I had the incredible opportunity to attend the 10X Business Summit—and WOW. We left completely fired up with a clear vision, powerful tools, and the determination to take Little Fins to the next level.

Our biggest takeaway? Growth starts with culture. If we want to 10X our impact—on our team, our families, and our community—it has to start with clear values and high standards.

So we did the work. We defined the core values that shape how we show up every day, and how we grow forward:
