Beginner Lap Swim Stroke Mechanics Clinic is designed for swimmers who want to develop their stroke mechanics, refine their knowledge, and improve their skills. This program is for ages 7 and up (unless approved by instructor.)

Beginner Stroke Mechanics is offered on Wednesdays and Fridays from 6-7 p.m.
June 11-18, 2025
Cost: $250 (includes 6 sessions, 1 per week)

All participants:

• Must be water-safe (able to float, save themselves, and exit pool.)

• Must be able to swim across the length of the pool.

• Must know rotational breathing techniques.

• Must have a working knowledge of breast stroke and butterfly stroke.
