Change is Good - We are Open!

What's been done so far at Union Location...

  • Removed old pool deck flooring and paint.

  • Refinished floors with new slip grip, & new paint!

  • Updated drains.

  • Things you can't see, but make a huge difference to our pools

    • New salt cells.

    • New sand in filter.

    • Updated ventilation to heaters.

Union Location Updates:

Starting February 19th we will be updating our locker rooms and facilities. While this is exciting news, we know that it may cause some disturbances to our swimmers' normal routine while visiting our Union Location, so we will keep you in the loop along the way.

What's Happening?:

  • We are doing some much-needed repairs and minor updates to the locker rooms.

  • The construction will start in the women's locker room. During this period the other locker room will be used as "family style" area. There are curtains and private stalls for changing.

  • We greatly appreciate everyone's understanding and patience during this time. There may be short periods where our showers are unavailable for use due to water being shut off for repairs and tile work. We encourage you to plan on shower immediately after returning home, during this time of construction. 

We will do our best to keep everyone informed and keep signage updated at our facility. 
Remember change is good!

Current Updates

The locker rooms are still a work in progress, but big changes have already happened. From new paint and tile, to fixes inside the walls (that you can’t see), along with new fixtures and electrostatic painting of the lockers and stalls. Also, Ms. Yelena completely updated the staff room. She put down new flooring, painted and rearranged so our staff have a nice place too!

What's coming at Union Location...

  • Shower remodel and updates.

  • New fixtures.

  • Power washing/steam cleaning floors.

  • Painting.

2 Pools:

  • Lap Pool - this pool is kept a little cooler (88 degrees) which is great for lap swimming, stroke development lessons, prenatal water aerobics classes, and aqua therapy.

  • Therapy Pool - this pool is kept nice and warm (95 degrees) which is ideal for infant/toddler lessons, beginning swimming, and aqua therapy. This pool also offer a seated jet area, which is great to hang out in after "Aqua Babies" parent participation lessons or "Bumping It" prenatal class.

Viewing at the Union Location:

  • Our large pool area has many chairs for waiting. If it's too distracting for your child to see you during lessons, we also offer a fun play/waiting room. Cameras coming soon!

You are responsible to supervise any children you bring who are not having a swim lesson at that time. Siblings are not permitted to swim if they are not having a lesson.
 

UNION LOCATION POOL

Our in-ground pool is located down the long hallway from the parking lot. Just follow the waves! Our large locker rooms have plenty of lockers (bring your own lock if you'd like). We provide shampoo and soap for moms and kiddos in the showers, along with changing tables and several amenities in the changing areas. If you needs something, just ask, we may have it!

We have everything for swimming lessons. You just need swimming suits and towels. Towels are NOT provided. Please bring your own towel.
